Jon is Head of Evidence Synthesis and International at the Education Endowment Foundation. He is responsible for the evidence synthesis work at the EEF including the Teaching and Learning Toolkit and Guidance Reports. He also leads the international partnerships that the EEF supports across 20 countries through 8 formal partnerships, as part of the Evidence in Education Network (EEN).
Jon has been at the EEF since 2014 in a number of roles, including leading the policy team and the publication of evaluation reports on EEF funded randomised controlled trials. He is an honorary fellow at Durham University and a Board member of the Campbell Collaboration.
